Honored to be recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area's Most Influential Women. The recognition is a testament to the collective leadership, teammates, and community within and around Golden State in total, and specifically the Golden State Valkyries. I was asked to answer what I am most proud of in ten (10) words or less at the awards yesterday. My answer: "To lead through sport to create a more equitable tomorrow." I may have thrown in a "Go Valkyries, Go Warriors" at the end because rules are meant to be challenged. Appreciate all that we get to build together at GSV, Ohemaa Nyanin, Vanja Cernivec, Kimberly Veale, Maria Serrano Valdehueza, Katie Stockberger, and Lauren Esrig. Our time. And to the Golden State Warriors and Santa Cruz Warriors leaders, thank you for the continued collaboration and leadership in this moment as we build together.
