Using specific keywords from the job description can help ensure your application gets noticed. 2. Showcase Your Impact: When discussing your past roles, focus on what you have accomplished. Quantifying your achievements—like "increased efficiency by 30%" or your sales rankings and awards — helps demonstrate the value you can bring to our organization. 📊 3. Prepare for Behavioral Interviews: Be ready for questions like, "Tell me about a time you faced a challenge."
