LaTerra and The Carlyle Group’s 228 unit workforce housing project in Perris got its TCO yesterday! Tremendous job from our GC affiliate, LT Building Corp. And Hat 🎩 tip to Alice Anderson at LaTerra. We already have 37 tours lined up!
And it is open The Charlie Perris🎉🎉🎉 TCO received 8/1/2024! A project TCO delivered on schedule…. a feat that has not been very easy to do in the last few years of turmoil. Very proud of the team at LT Building Corp and LaTerra Development
The Big Reveal is closing in on Perris CA. Southern California Edison (SCE) on-site today to power up the first buildings on the project constructed by LT Building Corp with LaTerra Development and our great partners The Carlyle Group and just in time for the opening next month the excitement is building 😀 Shoutout to a great site Superintendant Team with Bernie Koning, Pete Salvucci, Taylor Flores and their Project Manager Mark Medrano.
LT Building Corp and LaTerra Development and another great project. Getting the Road in was the key to brushing off this crazy rainy season in Perris CA the team on-site has done an excellent job of keeping work moving. It does help to have great partners like The Carlyle Group on the Team!

The Inland Empire is vastly underserved in workforce housing, despite explosive population and job growth. This will be the first new apartment project built in the Perris submarket in over 20 years!
