What an absolutely pleasure to be hosted by our friends at MB2 Dental in Dallas, TX today. Our philosophies and values are so similar it’s unsurprising we got along sharing our journey and sharing ideas, I even did an impromptu podcast! We're excited to introduce our latest guest on the MB2 Underground podcast, Dr. Joseph Dove, one of our original doctor partners who has been with us since 2015. Dr. Dove, a true Memphis legend, is known at MB2 Dental for several things, including opening several successful de novos in the Memphis area, hosting our annual mission trip to Jamaica, and more. Dr. Dove brought his great energy, military background, and impressive experience to the podcast room, sharing advice on servant leadership, his passion for mentoring the next generation of dentists, and the importance of flexibility in meeting patients' needs. Introducing MB2U, our first-ever event exclusively for newly transitioned owners! We welcomed several new associate-turned-owners from across the country to our home base in Texas. MB2 executives, department heads, and existing doctor partners led classroom sessions, sharing best practices to help these new owners succeed in their journeys. 📚 To top it off, we attended a PBR event, giving everyone a true taste of Texas culture. 🤠 It was an awesome time, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! #PowerToThePartners
We are proud to introduce the MB2 Family Foundation Scholarship Program, our 501(c)(3) charitable organization. 🎓✨This year, we awarded scholarships to 15 deserving individuals, all children of our MB2 support staff, and affiliated practice team members.
