Over the past 8 years, our Sr. Director of Experience has helped shape a core part of what it's like to work at Reddit—from opening offices in 8 countries to pulling off world-class events that bring the spirit of our communities to life IRL. Ask her what she’s proudest of, and she won’t pick a moment. She’ll point to her team and the culture they’ve built. (Which, if you've met Michelle, is v on-brand: thoughtful, collaborative, and never one to take credit, even when she could.) Her favorite part of the job is watching Snoos engage with these experiences with creativity, curiosity, and a healthy amount of chaos. Kind of like how our users interact with new features on the platform. 😉 And when she's not doing the impossible in her 9-5, she's hanging out in communities like r/zillowgonewild, r/whatthefrockk, r/whatisit, and r/SanFrancisco.
