- Exciting moment at last Sunday’s Sacramento Kings game as SMUD Board President Gregg Fishman and CEO & General Manager Paul Lau took the court to present an award to the Executive Director of MENTOR California Marcus Strother, in recognition of the organization's incredible work in the community. MENTOR California is making a significant impact across Sacramento and beyond, expanding quality mentoring relationships that foster positive change for young people. Mentoring holds special importance to us because we understand the vital role it plays in shaping the futures of young people. We're proud to be tonight's presenting sponsor as we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Junior's impact on civil rights and his vision for equality! #SacramentoKings #CommunityImpact #MENTORCalifornia #MentorshipMatters #Sacramento #PositiveChange #SMUD
