I am sure most of us are hearing about Digital Transformation which includes Digital Supply Chain, Digital Commerce, Intelligent ERP, etc.
“What is Intelligent ERP”
Let’s try to understand that. An Intelligent ERP is something which allows Business to perform the same existing ERP operations in faster, quicker and in accurate manner. That means Business can:
- Introduce new items faster and quicker
- Connect Customers better
- Configure, Quote and Price right products to the Customer
- Generate Order accurately
List is very large, above are just few examples.
Basically, you would like to enable your Business to perform their respective functions in simplified manner without getting in complication of other department functions. The complexities of dependency should be handle by the intelligence build in the system (so called Intelligent ERP). For example - Sales Rep need a fastest way to configure products, price it based on customer call. They need an easy way to find whether they can fulfill customer request by a replacement product or variation of product which do not exist today but they do not want to know how that product would be designed and manufactured.
CPQ Solution solves one of the most important business problem which is enabling Business to configure, price and quote quickly. Integrating the CPQ solution with Product/ Customer Master, CRM and ERP makes the entire solution as step towards Intelligent ERP which can offer below to Business:
