Are You Delivering the Promise?
Introduction
In 1992 and 1993, the Boy Scouts of America conducted an important survey. They interviewed hundreds of Scouts and Scoutmasters. From this information they were able to determine a number of attributes common to successful troops. The survey is a valuable resource for any Scout leader looking for the keys to success in delivering the promise of Scouting to boys.
These pages present a summary of the results of the survey based on the booklet originally published in 1993.
