A trauma-informed practice designed to support nervous system balance and resilience. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, we use gentle movement, breath, and choice to encourage vagal toning and a felt sense of safety. The focus is not on pushing or perfecting postures, but on noticing sensations, pacing intentionally, and learning how to respond to stress with steadiness rather than overwhelm. You’ll be guided through slow, accessible sequences and pauses that build awareness of your body’s signals & expand your capacity to stay present. This is yoga as nervous system education; practical, compassionate, and grounding. No prior yoga experience required.

This group offers a safe, supportive space for individuals seeking freedom from addiction. Grounded in both clinical expertise and spiritual insight, we go beyond symptom management to uncover the root causes of addictive patterns—trauma, grief, and unmet emotional needs. Together we face challenges honestly, without judgment, while learning practical tools to heal, grow, and reconnect with self and others. My approach draws on years of experience working with addiction and co-occurring mental health, blending mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and deep inner work. Recovery becomes not only possible, but transformative.

Attempting to lose weight can be an overwhelming experience especially when one feels that they are alone. The added benefit of a group of like-minded individuals, may help those to adhere to an alternative and healthier lifestyle. The positive, social environment of a group therapy format is often the incentive that people need for motivation and adherence. Individuals are provided an opportunity to discuss difficult issues with their peers in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Group members benefit from the added support of those who share similar eating behaviors and difficulties, demonstrating that they are not alone.
