Looking for the Exhaust Organ map in Hollow Knight Silksong? It's one of the multiple ways to reach the Citadel, and the place is filled with steam vents that help power the grand chambers. Where to find the Exhaust Organ map

There is no map specifically for the Exhaust Organ in Silksong. Instead, the Exhaust Organ is included as part of the much larger Bilewater map to the east; but you can only reach the Bilewater map once you've unlocked the Faydown Cloak, later on in Act 2. This means most Silksong players will conquer the Exhaust Organ long before they unlock the map of the area.

There are two ways to reach the Exhaust Organ:

Either way, it's almost certain that when you first reach the Exhaust Organ, you won't yet have the tools to unlock the map of the area. Whichever route you take, you're unable to reach the location of the Bilewater map (which also unlocks the Exhaust Organ map) until you scale Mount Fay in Act 2 and unlock the double-jump Faydown Cloak.

Then, you can return to Bilewater and grab it from Shakra via a passage only accessible via the double jump. For a full rundown of how to do that, check out our Silksong Bilewater walkthrough.

The Exhaust Organ is also much too small to justify having a map. You can navigate it from bottom to top in a few minutes' time, even with all the steam vents active. You're liable to spend more time fighting the boss at the top of the Exhaust Organ than you are actually platforming through the region; though in some estimations, even she is less of an issue than Bilewater itself.

So, if you want to reveal the Exhaust Organ on your map, you'll need to progress deep into Act 2, unlock the Faydown Cloak, and then unlock the Bilewater map. There's almost no reason to ever come back to the Exhaust Organ once you leave, as the only thing of interest is Phantom, the region's boss; and she doesn't come back. Which is a shame. She's a fun boss.

There are tons of other, actual maps to find in Silksong, of course. Shakra can sell you maps for most everything below the Citadel, which can be helpful if you're trying to find and navigate the rest of Bilewater or plan the runback to the Last Judge if you haven't fought them yet.
