Politics never seems to calm down or become reasonable. National politics are over the top, and unfortunately state politics are becoming much the same. The Montana Legislature creates a unique challenge for Eastern Montana. Of 100 Representatives, only about 10 or 11 are east of Billings. Our region is far more effective when our own hold leadership roles and can advocate for Eastern Montana’s interests. The Richland County Republican Central Committee held its annual Lincoln Reagan Day Dinner on Sunday, May 7 at the Richland County Event Center. A total of 128 people came to hear speakers Representative Matt Rosendale, State Representatives Rhonda Knudsen and Brandon Ler.
