When Tim Goodwin won first last weekend in Underwood, ND, after a long string of second-place finishes, his victory held far more meaning than any other. The RC Rough Riders, Richland County's 4-H Horse Program, hosted "Halters for Heroes" on April 24 at the Sidney Saddle Club.
