This private parklands course is both beautiful and convenient, being situated only 40 minutes� drive from Durban, the main urban epicentre of KwaZulu-Natal, and very close to Ballito. Maidstone offers a fabulous combination of old-school sportsmanship and modern facilities, thanks to its new club house and excellent facilities. Golf carts are available.

This golf course was once part of the Tongaat-Hulett recreational area, but has since been revamped with top-notch features. Today, the colonial style clubhouse and gorgeous greens are enhanced by an inviting bar and restaurant, and a halfway house.

There are nine holes with two tee boxes, and lovely backdrops to round off the experience.

The ambience at the Maidstone Golf Club is a more relaxed one, making this the course of choice for those golfers that want to enjoy a laid-back game with friends. However, the course has been designed in such a way that it caters to avid golfers that are perfecting their swing along with those that simply want to spend a relaxing day out on the fairways. The dress code is casual with soft or metal spikes.

Maidstone is open all year round and hosts a number of competitions during the week. Book your accommodation in Tongaat and your tee-off ahead to avoid disappointment.
