The Lindt Chocolate Studio offers a number of courses ranging from chocolate appreciation to dessert tasters, the art of truffles and cup cakes! The appreciation sessions are an ideal way to learn about chocolate and the Lindt Dessert Tasters are workshops perfect for the dessert enthusiast or pudding club group.
The workshop shows a number of chocolate dessert combinations that will inspire further baking at home! The Art of Chocolate Truffles concentrates on how to create a variety of hand made truffles while Lindt Cup Cakes shows how to bake and assemble designer Lindt cup cakes!
There are also workshops on creating petit desserts, cake decorating and petit gateaux. Petit gateaux are individual bespoke cakes, finished and decorated to a quality good enough to sell in cake shops. Chocolate tempering and d�cor is covered in a separate workshop as is chocolate and confectionary.
