About Arabella No 8

Part of a small modern complex of eight units situated on Lagoon Drive in Margate, Arabella No 8 sleeps six guests comfortably in three bedrooms. A superb sea view makes this a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is very close to central Margate, as well as to the main beach. Beach access is from a gate at the bottom end of the complex and it is approximately 100m to the main beach. Guests can also walk easily to shops, supermarkets and pubs.

Self Catering Accommodation

No 8 can sleep six guests comfortably. The main bedroom has full ensuite bathroom and is furnished with a Queen size bed.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom (shower only).

Features

The living area consists of an attractively furnished open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. A TV, DVD player and DStv are provided.

The unit does not have a verandah, but braaing can easily take place where the stackable doors open. One is not able to walk out beyond these glass doors and they are secured with a glass balustrade.

Additional Facilities

Secure off-road parking is supplied within the complex grounds and this unit also has one lock up garage and an open bay parking for a second small vehicle or trailer.
