Blaauw Cottage offers self catering accommodation in a quiet part of the quaint village of Riebeek Kasteel, about an hour's drive from Cape Town.

Experience the beautiful spaces in this energy efficient designer cottage, with its open plan, double volume living area and generous veranda leading out onto the private garden and sparkling splash pool.

Self Catering Accommodation

The self catering cottage sleeps six guests and has two bedrooms situated on each side of the large living area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

An annex next to the main cottage provide a second storey third bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom the room has its own coffee and tea station.

The well equipped kitchen has a fridge / freezer, two plate hob and a convection microwave oven. The living area has a TV with full DStv.

The open plan kitchen and lounge area leads out onto a large veranda that has a patio table and a built in braai. The garden is quaint and has a splash pool where you can cool off on those scorching summer afternoons.

Great cottage, comfortable, stylish and so well designed. Very clean and well equipped and maintained. Host and staff helpful and friendly. Good location, easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Don't miss The Alchemist for drinks and snacks and La Parrilla for a fantastic meal.

My husband and I had the best time in years. The design of the cottage, the two fireplaces, the garden, the pool, the privacy, was unmatched to anywhere we have stayed. Klaus, the owner, was the nicest person, helpful, very intelligent, friendly and caring for our comfort and well-being. My husband kept asking, can�t we stay here, and never leave. It was an ideal place and a home better than our own. We will be back.
