Buffelsfontein Lodge offers self catering accommodation in the Waterberg located in the Alpetra Nature Reserve. Tucked snugly between the South-Western fence of Welgevonden Game Reserve and the Southern fence line of Marakele National Park, Alpetra Nature Reserve offers a private bush lodge surrounded by unspoilt nature.

Self Catering Accommodation

Buffelsfontein Lodge is a self catering holiday home in Vaalwater sleeping twelve guests in four bedrooms. The house is divided in two wings with a kitchen and lounge area in the middle.

The two wings have two bedrooms each. The first bedroom has double bed and one single bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. Each wing has one full bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and an outdoor shower.

The open plan dining room and lounge has a fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen containing everything needed for a comfortable self catering stay.

There is an outside washroom with a cold-room. Guest can relax and enjoy the heated swimming pool and the boma with fireplace.

Rates include Game drives, Wi-Fi and daily cleaning of units

Join us early in the morning and late afternoon for a slow game drive though the reserve to get a closer look at the animals and enjoy nature at its best. Big 5 game drives can be arranged at the adjacent Welgevonden Nature Reserve or at Marakele Nature Reserve.
