The seating area opens onto a balcony, ideal for a morning coffee and admiring the panoramic views.

Downstairs is a patio with outdoor seating, braai facilities and a wood-fired hot tub. There is also easy access to the beach.

The home has solar power in case of power outages.

The caretaker lives in separate living quarters and is available for dishwashing, laundry, garbage disposal, braai lighting, car washing. This service is optional and available free of charge.
