Hammerkop @ Barton offers Botrivier accommodation at Barton Vineyards in the heart of the Kogelberg National Park. Hammerkop is perfect for couples or small families. The farm is just one hours' drive from Cape Town and twenty minutes drive from Hermanus.

Self Catering Accommodation

The open plan, fully equipped self catering kitchen, dining room and lounge has TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi and an indoor fireplace. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer for convenience.

On the other side of the beautiful lawn is a large, private swimming pool. Next to the pool you have a Lapa with braai facilities, an eco-friendly wood fired hot tub and if you have children, a jungle gym is situated on the grass.

The Area

Guests can hike on the Kogelberg National Park's trails a short distance from the farm and have use of the tennis court and adjoining golf chipping area.

Barton Farm boasts world famous Fynbos and is home to a variety of wildlife including the Blue Crane, South Africa's most endangered bird species.

Hammerkop @ Barton is a self catering holiday home in Botrivier sleeping four guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed or twin beds if preferred and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen provided including bath towels. The bedrooms each have a door leading to the veranda that offers spectacular views!
