Kaalvoet Villa is the top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home in Yzerfontein with four bedrooms that sleep up to eight guests.

The first bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. Bedroom two and three are each furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedroom four is furnished with two single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The third bathroom is fitted with a large walk in shower, toilet and basin.

The living area is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine. The very spacious open-plan living area consists of a lounge and dining area and is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends.

There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck!

There is Wi-Fi, DStv (full bouquet), a separate scullery, laundry and parking on the premises.

The Area

Kaalvoet Villa is only 150m from the ocean with a beautiful view of the Pearl Bay beach as well as the fynbos area adjacent to the house. Do not be surprised if you spot one of our local ostriches or francolins and if you are lucky, you might even spot a Caracal/Lynx (Rooikat). Yzerfontein is well known for its stunning sunsets.
