Accommodation

The lodge offers full board accommodation in five magnificent suites.

The suites are unique and secluded, all individually decorated with antique treasures and plush furnishings to ensure an intimate, romantic experience. There are indoor and outdoor showers, Victorian bathtubs and log fireplaces.

Four of the suites come complete with their own private deck with a plunge pool. The waterhole is a mere 80 yards from the lounge and the viewing deck and is a spectacular place to sit and watch the animals quench their thirst.

While here you can totally unwind and relax, enjoy spectacular service and phenomenal cuisine. All your needs will be taken care of.

Game Activities

Open safari vehicles with expert guides offer prime viewing experiences and an educational opportunity. Walking safaris with armed guides are available on request. Close inspection of insect rituals and the identification of tracks are some of the myriad possibilities presented on these safaris.

Accommodation in luxury suites, all meals, teas and coffee refreshments. Two safari activities per day, including game drives in open vehicles and walking safaris with a Makweti guide. Return scheduled transfers (13:00) from Welgevonden Game Reserve Main Gate or the Welgevonden Airstrip to Makweti Safari Lodge.

RATES EXCLUDE
Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), cigars, and items of a personal nature. Conservation levy charged per bed night @ R165.00 (subject to change) � collected on departure from all guests. Gratuities are not included.
