The third bedroom downstairs has an extra large Queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the fifth bedroom downstairs has two single beds. Two of the bathrooms have a bath, two have a bath and shower and the fifth bathroom has a shower only.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a TV with DStv / satellite channels. There is an inside and outside built in braai. The bar area has dining room seating for ten guests.

The property has a security system, garage and ample parking behind remote controlled gates.
