The apartment building has excellent security, access controlled and with security cameras throughout. Safe parking is provided in a secure garage with direct access to the lifts and it is wheelchair friendly.

There are braai facilities and a swimming pool on the second floor as well as an indoor drying yard for the laundry. On the ground level there is a laundry, hairdresser, a few convenience stores and a car wash facility in the garage.
