Uvongo is a welcoming city with secluded, pristine beaches, great fishing spots, a nature reserve, beautiful scenery and much more. Uvongo is named after the Ivungu River and is known for its waterfall, which plunges 23 m into the lagoon and forms one of the deepest lagoons in the country.

The dining area has a six seater dining table and chairs. The lounge has flat-screen TV and opens to a balcony with braai facilities. Guests should bring their own standard decoder and card with them or there is no TV available. The Southgate complex offers a communal swimming pool. A lock up garage is available on site.
