Swartvlei Equestrian Estate is a homely guest farm situated a mere 15km from Sedgefield. Our guest farm hosts five self-catering cottages and one manor house.

All our cottages are private with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. A swimming pool, tennis court and clubhouse can all be found on site.

The Manor House consists of three bedrooms, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, flat screen satellite TV. Two rooms with a sharing en-suite bathroom.This beautiful house has two spacious dining rooms, a fully equipped TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with an indoor fireplace to keep you warm on our cold wintry nights and your very own balcony overseeing the stunning surrounds.
