The open plan living area and kitchen face Waterkant Street, with plenty of light from the front sash windows. The fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, concrete work tops, white bricks and yellow ceiling, has seating for two.

An olive feature wall wraps around the living room and along the corridor that connects to the bedroom with aubergine, grey and white colour scheme, ceiling fan and overlooks the private courtyard. There is a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is provided.

The same corridor opens onto a blue study area with french windows to the brick paved courtyard with outdoor shower, seating and colourful wall art. Braai facilities are available.
