Originally launched as a small, one-person-run online support group, we have grown into a thriving community with over 10,000 members.

It’s not always easy to open up to people in person, especially when you're dealing with personal challenges. That’s where community support groups come in, offering a safe space to connect with others facing similar experiences, helping you feel less alone.

​

Here, you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, knowing you’ll be understood. You even have the option to post anonymously, giving you full control over how you express yourself and seek support.

Every post, whether public or anonymous, is carefully monitored and approved by a dedicated individual, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.

Many members of our community are still learning. Some may have concerns at first and you may see a lot of worried posts. But over time with the right support, posts become more positive.
