Alex Hall could be leaving Orange County listings behind for luxury real estate in the Hollywood Hills ... 'cause TMZ has learned she's in talks to join "Selling Sunset" as a full-time cast member for season 10.
Sources familiar with the conversations tell TMZ ... Hall, Netflix, and the series producers are actively negotiating a deal that would bring her into the flagship franchise as filming begins in Los Angeles this week.
Our sources say Hall makes a natural fit for the series ... despite living in Orange County, she already works with a number of high-end L.A. clients.

Mary Bonnet, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani and Sofia Vergara's sister, Sandra Vergara are out at "Selling Sunset" ... 'cause TMZ has learned the ladies will not be returning for season 10 of the hit Netflix reality series.
Sources connected to the series tell TMZ ... the four cast members were informed back in April that their contracts would not be renewed ahead of production on the upcoming season, which begins filming this week in Los Angeles.
We're told Bre Tiesi and Amanza Smith are both returning for the new season ... alongside original cast members Christine Quinn and Heather El Moussa.

Christian Dumontet tried to fast-track control of a multimillion-dollar L.A. property in his divorce from "Selling Sunset" star Christine Quinn ... telling the judge it's his property, he's been spending a bunch of money on it while it remains empty -- and he's looking to sell it as soon as possible.
Christian filed an emergency request -- according to court records obtained by TMZ -- asking for exclusive control of the couple’s Queens Court property so he could sell it quickly … but the court said there was no “imminent harm” to justify emergency action.
Christian’s argument is the mansion is his ... period.

Jason Oppenheim’s stolen car mystery just got a little clearer -- new surveillance footage shows a possible suspect and the exact moment his ride was stolen ... and TMZ’s got the video.
Check the clip ... a white pickup truck pulls into the "Selling Sunset" boss' West Hollywood office parking lot on March 16, stopping just behind his $500K Rolls-Royce, before the driver hops out and casually walks up to the luxury vehicle.
Next thing you know -- the Rolls is seen pulling out onto the street ... with the truck trailing a few cars behind ... pretty strong sign this wasn't a solo job.

Netflix is shutting the door on another luxury real estate series ... 'cause TMZ has learned "Selling the City" will not be returning for another season.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the decision ultimately comes down to strategy -- we're told Netflix wants to focus on just one real estate franchise, and that crown belongs to "Selling Sunset."
The New York-based series -- which premiered in January 2025 as part of the growing "Selling Sunset" universe -- followed a group of elite agents navigating the ultra-competitive luxury market while working under the Douglas Elliman banner.
