Hello, from Australia! Looks like a successful launch of Indiaโs Chandrayaan-3 lander mission, seen here from QLD (just some pics we managed to catch of the 3rd stage passivation), as it continues its journey to the Moon ๐ Congrats to

TestFlight1 โ Liftoff ๐ Today, Eris became the first #AustralianMade orbital rocket to launch from Australian soil โ ~14s of flight, 23s engine burn. Big step for ๐ฆ๐บ launch capability. Team safe, data in hand, eyes on TestFlight 2. (More pics and vids to come from the media.)

Hey guys, donโt worry! Our payload is safe.

Liftoff completed, launch tower cleared, stage 1 tested. Awesome result for a first test launch.

๐ง๐ฒ๐๐๐๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ญ โ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฑ Last night, during final checks, an unexpected issue triggered the rocketโs payload fairing. No fuel was loaded, no one was hurt, and early inspections show no damage to the rocket or pad. (1/2)

NEWS ๐Gilmour Space has secured Australiaโs first orbital launch permit for #TestFlight1โa huge milestone for our new space industry! Target launch date: if not early December, then mid Jan. More: gspace.com/post/australiaโฆ(Photo by Kristin S, Gilmour Space)

#TestFlight1 Update: ๐ก๐ผ ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐. Our team identified an issue in the ground support system during overnight checks. Weโre now in an extended hold to work through it. Our next target is the Friday morning launch window. Stay tuned for updates.

Weโll send a replacement fairing from our Gold Coast factory after a full investigation. That means weโre standing down from this test campaign to investigate and fix. A new date for TestFlight1 will be announced once ready. Ad Astra ๐ (PS: Vegemite payload = safe : ) (2/2)
We got a mention on NASA Spaceflight this weekโฆ ๐คฉ How good ๐ฆ๐บ๐

#OneTeam #OneDream๐ Fairingโs up in Bowen, and our teamโs hard at work investigating the anomaly. Hope to provide updates soon. Thanks for the support!

#Testflight1 Update: Weโve completed our investigation into the payload fairing anomaly on May 15. What happened? The payload fairing was triggered during a vehicle shutdown by an unexpected power surge, caused by electrical backfeed from downstream devices. 1/2

Q: ๐ช๐ต๐ ๐ป๐ผ ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ? This isnโt just our 1st rocket launch, itโs also the 1st from our Bowen spaceport. Weโre focused on launch AND range activities + we're limiting non-essential network traffic to minimise operational risk. Thx & weโll share a video after!๐

Rocket's turn. TestFlight1 Update๐ โ Fairing on โ๏ธFixes in โ testing continues โ Reg notifications issued We were aiming for a June launch, but weatherโs not cooperating. Pending weather, wind & testing, we have a narrow window ๐ก๐๐ง ๐๐๐น๐ ๐ญ. More gspace.com/missions
