Basic:
- Join the community in order to apply and rate other people.
- Don't say homophobic, racist or sexist things. No one wants to read that.
- RATE OTHER PEOPLE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE RATED. That is precisely how this community works. You do NOT have to be stamped to vote.
- You must vote on at least three other applications when posting your own. If there are not enough applications available at the time, edit them into your application as they show up.
- You should be thirteen or older to apply.

Voting:
- Don't flame. Have common courtesy.
- Try not to bandwagon.
- Bold your votes.
- Please explain the reason you vote for someone.

Applying:
- Don't push to get a stamp of your favourite character. Be honest.
- When you are stamped, keep voting on other people, please, or you will be growled at.
- You may reapply for the regular stamp or theme as you feel necessary, but be reasonable. I will say something if you abuse this. Please note that you may only have one application up for voting at a time.
- You will be stamped after five majority votes OR 1 week has passed. Please contact your moderator if a week has passed.
- Upload your banner to your own server.
- You must put "osuwari" in the subject line so that we can be assured that you have indeed read the rules.
- Put your application under an LJ cut.
