In the summer of 2019, a cohort of interior design and architecture students from Fanshawe Colleg... more In the summer of 2019, a cohort of interior design and architecture students from Fanshawe College, Ontario, Canada, embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to Peru. There they were to collaborate on the design of a master plan and unique live/work spaces or "tambos" for Arkaea, an emerging ecological institute of art and design with a proposed site in a rainforest conservation area outside of the Amazonian city of Pucallpa. This document shares their unique journey and original designs.
