- Bringing Healthcare to the Community: #TB Awareness and #HIV Testing for Men at Thaba-Nchu Taxi Rank Focusing on male commuters and taxi operators, this event offered crucial screening services in a high-traffic area. On 19 September, THINK South Africa, in partnership with the Free State Department of Health and funded by #USAID, conducted a targeted TB Awareness Campaign at the Thaba-Nchu Taxi Rank. The strategic engagement with the taxi rank management allowed us to introduce THINK as a new partner in supporting healthcare services in the district. The event successfully provided integrated services, including HIV testing and hypertension screening, reaching 64 individuals from the community. Given the demand for these essential services, the taxi rank management has requested a follow-up engagement in November.USAID #THINKSouthAfrica #CommunityHealth #MakingADifference
