Constructs a new XPathFactoryConfigurationException with the specified detail message.

The cause is not initialized.

If message is null, then a NullPointerException is thrown.

Parameters:

message - The detail message.

Throws:

[NullPointerException](../../../java/lang/NullPointerException.html "class in java.lang") - When message isnull.
