Achieving 1mm TPS in production means pushing hardware to its limits. Solayer Chain is the first blockchain to use RDMA and InfiniBand for direct, high-speed data transfers, bypassing OS bottlenecks and optimizing CPU load.

Solayer simulates speculative transaction execution, constructs fine-grained scheduling based on account access patterns, and employs database sharding with rdma. This enables pre-execution of transactions at the edge and hyper-optimized concurrent transaction execution.

By batching transactions into shreds and propagating them to be verified across a network of provers, Solayer introduces a proof-of-authority-and-stake system that is censorship-resistant, while using Solana as a fallback consensus venue.
