Penghargaan dan dekorasi militer adalah penghargaan yang dianugerahkan sebagai tanda kehormatan bagi tindakan kepahlawanan militer atas jasa, layanan atau pencapaian yang luar biasa. Dekorasi ini sering kali berupa medali berikut pitanya. Dekorasi militer sudah dikenal sejak zaman kuno. On everyday occasions, only miniature insignia, often in the form of a circular rosette, are normally worn.
