La isla Fiscal (en portugués: Ilha Fiscal) se localiza en el interior de la bahía de Guanabara, colindante con el centro histórico de la ciudad de Río de Janeiro en Brasil.Antiguamente llamada por los europeos como isla de los ratones (ilha dos Ratos), su nombre actual proviene del hecho allí haber funcionado la oficina de la Guardia Fiscal, que atendía el puerto de la entonces capital del imperio, en el siglo XIX.La isla se hizo famosa por haber albergado el famoso , la última gran fiesta del Imperio antes de la , en noviembre de 1889.Actualmente alberga un museo histórico-cultural, mantenido por la Marina de Brasil.
