Le GRIB (GRIdded Binary en anglais) désigne un format de fichier utilisé en météorologie pour la diffusion de données de prévisions météorologiques et d'images satellites. Par extension, un grib est un fichier de données météorologiques conforme au format GRIB. Le format ouvert GRIB est standardisé par l'Organisation météorologique mondiale (OMM) ce qui contribue opérationnellement à l'interopérabilité des systèmes d'information météorologique. Le format GRIB édition 2 est un des formats préconisés par la directive européenne INSPIRE pour les données maillées de conditions atmosphériques.
