El zosterop del Japó (Zosterops japonicus) és un ocell de la família dels zosteròpids (Zosteropidae).

Působí zde však značné škody, a to jako vektor ptačích onemocnění, na která jsou zvláště citlivé některé původní druhy ptactva, např. šatovníkovití (Drepanididae).
