Zde je seznam hlav Čínské lidové republiky (ČLR). Hlavou Čínské lidové republiky je od roku 1983 prezident Čínské lidové republiky. Předtím tuto funkci postupně vykonával ČLR (od roku 1949), předseda ČLR (od roku 1954, stejná funkce jako prezident ČLR, pouze odlišně překládaná), předseda Stálého výboru Všečínského shromáždění lidových zástupců (od roku 1975).

(de) The president of the People's Republic of China was created in 1954 when the first constitution consolidated the system of government in the People's Republic of China. At the time, the title was translated into English as State Chairman. The position was abolished between 1975 and 1982 with the functions of head of state being performed by the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (head of legislature). The presidency was revived under the fourth constitution in 1982. (en) Presiden Republik Rakyat Tiongkok (Hanzi sederhana: 中华人民共和国主席; Hanzi tradisional: 中華人民共和國主席; Pinyin: Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gònghéguó Zhǔxí), atau disingkat Hanzi: 国家主席, artinya Ketua Negara) adalah kepala negara Republik Rakyat Tiongkok. Posisi ini dibentuk melalui Konstitusi 1982. Sebelumnya, Presiden dipilih oleh Kongres Rakyat Nasional sesuai dengan Pasal 62 dalam Konstitusi. Dalam praktiknya, pemilihan presiden biasanya merupakan pemilu dengan 'calon tunggal'. Sang kandidat direkomendasikan oleh Presidium Kongres Rakyat Nasional. Istilah Zhuxi (Ketua) merujuk kepada ketua umum dalam sebuah komite, dan diterjemahkan demikian sebelum adanya Konstitusi 1982 (misalnya Ketua Mao).
