Minox ist ein deutscher Hersteller von Wildkameras und anderen optischen Geräten gleichen Markennamens. Mit den Kleinstbildkameras von Minox verbindet sich das klassische Modell einer Geheim- oder Spionagekamera. Nach den erfolgreichen 1970er-Jahren, als Minox gut 1000 Mitarbeiter hatte, arbeiten inzwischen nur noch rund 30 Beschäftigte für Minox. Der Firmensitz von Minox ist in Isny im Allgäu. Yet in part due to its high manufacturing costs the Minox became more well known as a must-have luxury item. From the start the Minox also gained wide notoriety as a spy camera. Minox branched out into and cameras in 1974 and 1976, respectively. Minox continues to operate today, producing or branding optical and photographic equipment.
