Le Neurotic Deathfest est un festival néerlandais de musique principalement consacré au death metal créé par le label en 2004. Se déroulant initialement à Rotterdam, il déménage en 2008 à Tilbourg dans le complexe du 013. En 2015, après douze éditions, son fondateur Ruud Lemmen, qui est aussi le gérant du 013, annonce qu'il met un terme à cette aventure. L'équipe américaine du Maryland Deathfest qui souhaite s'implanter en Europe, le contacte pour un projet de reprise du créneau d'un festival de metal extrême en salle qui aboutit à la création en 2016 du Netherlands Deathfest. Formerly known as the Rotterdam Deathfest, it was created by Neurotic Records and has since been relocated to Tilburg. (en) Neurotic Deathfest – coroczny festiwal poświęcony muzyce deathmetalowej, organizowany od 2004 roku przez wytwórnię Neurotic Records. Pierwsza edycja festiwalu trwała jeden dzień i odbyła się 8 maja 2004 roku w Rotterdamie. W 2006 roku festiwal przeniesiono do Eindhoven i zmieniono jego nazwę z Rotterdam Deathfest na Neurotic Deathfest. Od roku 2008 festiwal odbywa się w Tilburgu w klubie 013, który dysponuje trzema scenami (Jupiler Zaal, Kleine Zaal i Stage01). Największa z nich – Jupiler Zaal – może pomieścić 2000 widzów. Na festiwalu Neurotic Deathfest wystąpiły m.in. następujące zespoły: Psycroptic, Grave, Immolation, Krisiun, Napalm Death, Hate Eternal, Behemoth, Entombed, Suffocation. (pl) |
