Philip Grierson (* 15. November 1910 in Dublin; † 15. Januar 2006 in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire) war ein britischer Historiker und Numismatiker. Er wirkte jahrzehntelang an der Universität Cambridge und über 70 Jahre hindurch war er Fellow des Gonville and Caius College.
