L'RTL Nederland és un canal de televisió neerlandès, filial de l'RTL Group. Inicialment el canal es deia RTL Véronique SA fins que va adoptar el nom d'RTL 4 al 1996 i finalment esdevé propietat del group Holland Media Groep SA. L'any 2004 se'l reanomena RTL Nederland. El 26 de juny del 2007 se signa un acord amb la societat John de Mol que n'adquireix l'estació de ràdio, Radio 538 i els actius televisius. Des del 2012, però, el canal queda en mans de l'RTL Group qui el compra amb un 100% del capital. A partir d'aquí el canal produeix programes per a diferents canals del mateix grup però destinats a públics europeus diversos, com el luxemburguès. (ca)

RTL Nederland Holding BV is de naam waarmee CLT-UFA S.A. in Nederland opereert en diensten verricht ten behoeve van de Luxemburgse zenders RTL 4, RTL 5, RTL 7, RTL 8, RTL Z, RTL Lounge, RTL Crime, RTL Telekids, RTL XL en RTL Videoland. Het bedrijf is een dochter van de RTL Group, dat de televisie- en radiopoot van het Duitse Bertelsmann-concern is. De Nederlandse radio- en tv-activiteiten van RTL zijn daardoor voornamelijk in Duitse handen (familie Mohn, de eigenaren van Bertelsmann) Sven Sauvé heeft sinds 1 juli 2017 als Chief Executive Officer de dagelijkse leiding over RTL Nederland. Daarvoor was hij werkzaam als Chief Operating Officer. Zijn voorganger Bert Habets bekleedde de positie van 1 februari 2008 tot 1 juli 2017, daarnaast was Habets sinds 19 april 2017 co-CEO en per 1 januari 2018 tot maart 2019 van eigenaar RTL Group. Van 2003 tot januari 2008 was Fons van Westerloo de CEO, hij volgde Dick van der Graaf op. (nl)
