Die Varifaltigkeit (englisch Varifold) ist ein mathematischer Begriff aus der geometrischen Maßtheorie. Varifaltigkeiten sind Maße und können differenzierbare Mannigfaltigkeit durch das Konzept der Rektifizierbarkeit verallgemeinern. Dadurch können auch Flächen mit Singularitäten modelliert werden.
