OrCa 2 [Georgia Tech]

OrCa 2 (Orbital Calibration 2) is a 12U CubeSat built for swensor calibration and technology demonstration by the Georgia Institute of Technology.

OrCa 2 retains reflective well defined panels with characterized properties for optical calibration, similar to OrCa, but with an emphasis on quantifying space weather effects on materials. But additionally an onboard imager that doubles as a low-accuracy star camera and an optical tracking system for detecting RSO streaks, enabling simultaneous ground-based and space-borne tracking data collection are included.

OrCa 2 hosts additional experimental payloads, including:

OrCa 2b is a copy of the first OrCa 2 satellite.
