CONVOY SC 55 Departed Sydney, C.B. on Nov. 16-1941 and arrived Liverpool on Dec. 5.

Notes:
Commodore was in Loreto. According to A. Hague (see ships in all SC convoys), this ship was in a collision with the Greek Aliakmon from Convoy ON 35 on Nov. 22.

* There's a handwritten note in the Advance Sailing Telegram in connection with West Neris saying "Probably returning St. John, N.B.".

There's also a note in connection with Monasses saying "Sailed in SC 54, no note of return as yet". However, she's added again on the last page of the Advance Sailing Telegram for SC 55.

A. Hague says Point Lobos was Panamanian (see Empire Wagtail at the Empire Ships website that I've linked to below).

The convoy arrived rendezvous on Nov. 27.
