Overview
Kupyans'kyi rayon is a district in Kharkiv County . Its flag is probably the red-yellow-light blue with the Coat of Arms at canton that can be seen at <kupyansk-rayon.osp.com.ua>.

The Coat of Arms and Flags of Kupyanskyi rayon and Town of Kupyansk were adopted by local councils on December 29, 2000. So, the Coat of Arms and Flags are similar (but rayon uses Coat of Arms at canton, and town - in the middle of the top field). The flag is crimson (as colour of raspberry) - yellow - blue (2:1:1), ratio 2:3. In some pictures proportions of colour strips is incorrect. We gave proposal for local councils to change similar Coat of Arms.
