"Shield per bend sinister on vert and gules. In the first field is an argent aspen branch with seven leaves (it means number of settlements on council territory), in the second field is or jug from which argent water flows. The arms is edged by decorative cartouche and decorated by a rural crown."

The Village
"It was found in 1864 on the left coast of small river Osynova (aspen). The first name is Bilotserkivs'kyi. It has the modern name since 1919. One of settlements in this territory - Osynove, named by the river. Aspen groves on the river coasts. The second version - here nested many wasps (osa). Other settlement near the village names Krynychka in honour of a known water source."
