In Kashmir, meat generally refers to mutton. Butcher: What would you like, sir? Ashok: I want one kilo of meat. What is the price? Butcher: (Do you want it) with intestines or without intestines? Ashok: (No) Without intestines. Butcher: It is six rupees a kilo without intestines. Ashok: All right, give me one kilo. Butcher: What else, sir? Ashok: I also want one kilo of ground meat and half a kilo of liver. Butcher: All right, I will prepare the ground meat. Ashok: Are liver and ground meat both six rupees a kilo?
