Ronnie O'Sullivan wins his second ranking tournament of the season and his fourth overall by beating Alain Robidoux 9-7 in the final. He was 7-3 ahead before The Canadian came back and made it 7-7. That series of frame wins included a tournament best 145 break. Ronnnie clinched the two last of the day the day though and went out in style with a 108 clearance.

The first prize was �40,000. Robidoux won �22,500 for his runner-up position and �5,000 for the tournament's highest break.

This was Robidoux' first ranking final, following three previous semi-final appearances.
